Pizza Monday is a special tradition at our daycare and takes place on the first Monday of every month. The children always look forward to this fun and meaningful cooking experience.

Today we made butter cookies. The children used different shapes of cookie cutters to cut the dough. They rolled the dough flat before cutting out the shapes.

This week, our classroom has been filled with conversations about feelings and hands-on projects to express them.

Today, the children had a fun winter-themed art activity while learning new vocabulary words in Mandarin and Spanish, including: snow, snowman, white, blue, hat, nose, and eyes.

Our Mandarin class is one of the children’s favorite activities! During this immersive learning time, children are surrounded by Mandarin throughout the entire activity, creating a rich and natural language environment.

Today we opened our very own Fall Farmer’s Market for the children, and they were so excited to start shopping! Each child began with three toy coins and had the opportunity to earn more throughout the day by showing responsibility and caring behavior.
